This section contains eight videos for step-by-step learning of one specific dance sequence.

If you have already completed the course, you can easily repeat and master most of the elements.

If you haven’t reached level 5 yet, but want to dance now, then you’ll get a pretty good dance number after this module.

But don’t give up on the course, because there’s still so much ahead of you!

At the first level, we pass our first tests and prepare the body for basic flexibility. If you pass the tests successfully, we move on to the next level.
At the second level, tests become more difficult. We still need to gain flexibility, but now we also add strength and endurance. The requirements are higher, the training is more difficult. As soon as we pass the standards, I add you to the third level.
Strength, endurance, stretching and choreography. At the third level, all four areas of training are already waiting for us. As always, after passing all the tests, I will add you to level four.

The fourth level is similar in structure to the previous one, but the complexity for all categories increases even more. We pass the tests and move on to level five.
Congratulations, you have reached the fifth level! Here we have similar tasks - go through all the training and pass the tests, but remember that there is no limit to perfection!

Successfully passing the tests will only mean that you have successfully completed the course and achieved the goals that you set at the time of its start. Improve yourself, develop, create, share your successes with the world!
